Results of AGM and appointment of directors

BlueStar SecuTech Inc. ("BlueStar", or the "Company"), a leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions in China, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all resolutions were passed. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the meetings circulated to shareholders.
