Simon Kennedy has today resigned from the Board of Base with immediate effect in
order to allow him to spend increased time on his other business interests.
Simon joined the Board of Base on 10th June 2002 when Base acquired the entire
issued share capital of Time Management Global Limited. The Group will continue
to benefit from Mr. Kennedy's expertise as a football agent through his
continued provision of services under a consultancy agreement that runs until at
least the end of 2003.
