                              DELISTING OF SHARES 
 
 
Further  to the announcement made on  10 March 2011, following an application by 
the  Company to  the UK  Listing Authority  and the  London Stock  Exchange, the 
listing  of the Company's shares was  cancelled with effect from 8.00 am (London 
time)  this morning.  The Company's  shares ceased to be  admitted to trading on 
the London Stock Exchange with effect from the same time.
