Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd announces that at close of business on the
28th March 2002 the unaudited Net Asset Value was £14.25 per unit.

This is equivalent to £1.42 per share for each of the ten identical trusts.

The closing share price on the London Stock Exchange on that date was £10.72 per
unit.

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials
Growth & Income Investment Trust nos 1-10.
