AMENDMENT TO BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY RETURN


The Interim Block Review to 30 November 2006 (see announcement number 9812M) has
been amended due to an error in the Interim Block Review dated 31 May 2005
(please refer announcement number 9180M). The error arose where it was reported
that 150,000 options from the Stock Option Plan expired due to the resignation
of senior executives. Contrary to the statement that they would not be issued,
these options remain available for re-issue. The number of options in the Stock
Option Plan that have not been issued is therefore 6,650,000 not 6,500,000 as
detailed in the Interim Block Reviews of both 31 May 2005 and 30 November 2006.
