On 15 January 2009 the Board announced that at the EGM of the Company held 
earlier that day, the resolution to change of the name of the Company to Woburn 
Energy Plc was duly passed. 
 
 
The certificate of incorporation on change of name has now been received by 
Companies House and as from 23 January 2009 the Company's name change will take 
effect on AIM and the Company's stock code will change to WBN.
