The unaudited net asset value per D Share, after providing for the remaining estimated costs of liquidating the Company and of running the Company until the appointment of the liquidator, as at the close of business on 26 July 2013 was 54.58p. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items. The investments in the D Class Fund have been valued on a bid price basis and 5,415,656 D Shares used in the above calculations.
