Be Heard Group plc, the digital marketing group, hereby notifies the market that on 1 November 2018, Simon Pyper, Chief Executive Officer at the Company, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares at 1.3p per share.

Simon's total holding in the Company is now 3,740,688 ordinary shares, representing 0.34% of the total issued share capital in Be Heard.
