Partial Return of Capital

Further to the announcement on 16 April
2015, the Company is today posting a circular to
shareholders setting out details of the partial capital return to
be funded from the net asset value growth of the Company during
2014.
The aggregate value of the shares of each class to be redeemed
by the Company pursuant to the partial capital return will be
limited to an amount equivalent to approximately 2 per cent. of the
net asset value of each share class as at 31
December 2014, being: Sterling shares £7,300,000 and
US Dollar shares: $1,840,000.
The partial capital return will entitle eligible shareholders to
have the following percentages of their shareholding of the
relevant class redeemed at the following prices:

The redemption prices are at a 1 per cent. discount to the
30 April 2015 final month-end net
asset values to reflect the attribution to the shares to be
redeemed of the costs of the partial capital return.
Further details regarding the partial capital return, including
its terms and conditions and the process for participation, are
included in the circular. As described in the circular, the
partial capital return is not available to certain overseas
shareholders.
The record time and date for participation in the partial
capital return will be 5.00 p.m.
(GMT) on 29 May 2015. It
is expected that settlement of the proceeds of the partial capital
return will be made during the week commencing 6 July 2015.
