Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") has agreed to issue EUR 1,250,000,000 of 0.250% Covered Bonds due January 24, 2023 (the "Covered Bonds") pursuant to its CAD 25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by CIBC Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership.

The following document constitutes the final terms dated January 22, 2018 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of Covered Bonds for the purpose of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended by Directive 2010/73/EU and including any relevant implementing measures in the United Kingdom)) and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 20 June 2017, as supplemented by (i) the 1(st) combined supplementary prospectus dated 24 August 2017, (ii) the 2(nd) combined supplementary prospectus dated 1 December 2017, and (iii) the 1(st) covered bond supplementary prospectus dated 22 December 2017 (collectively, the "Prospectus"). Complete information on CIBC and the offering of Covered Bonds can only be obtained by reading the Final Terms together with the Prospectus.
