                   Bourne End Properties Plc ("Bourne End")


The Board of Bourne End has noted the recent increase in its share price.

The Board announces that it is in discussions which may or may not lead to an
offer being made for Bourne End.

A further announcement will be made in due course.  In the meantime Bourne
End's shareholders are advised to take no action.
