Suspension of Shares

BlueBay announces that, pursuant to the recommended acquisition by Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC") of BlueBay's entire issued share capital by way of a scheme of arrangement, it has applied for the suspension of trading on the London Stock Exchange of its ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each as of 6.00 p.m. on 16 December 2010. Pending the outcome of the Court Hearing on 17 December 2010 and the delivery of the Court Order from the Court Hearing to the Registrar of Companies, it has also applied for de-listing from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and cancellation of trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 20 December 2010.
