The Board of Baronsmead VCT 5 plc announces that on 30 March 2016 the Company purchased 240,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 78.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 61,698,902 shares of which 4,872,296 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 5 plc is 56,826,606 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
