on 22 February 2008, of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares"), 
in each instance at 74p per Share:

-  Mr Hamish Grant, Chief Executive Office, purchased 6,687 Shares. Mr
   Grant's resultant total interest comprises 1,991,708 Shares, representing
   approximately 4.35% of the Company's issued Shares

-  Mr David Campbell, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 6,687 Shares. Mr
   Campbell's resultant total interest comprises 63,928 Shares, representing
   approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued Shares
