Avesco (AIM: AVS) was notified on 14 February 2014 that, on that day, its Chairman, Richard Murray, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 108.37p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Richard Murray is interested in 5,608,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.74% of the Company's voting rights.
