Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 22 November 2010, IronForex Limited sold 1,428,242 common shares of the Company with no par value ("Shares") at a price of EUR1.45 per Share to Mr. Peter Economides.

The transaction was effected by way of an instrument of transfer entered into between IronForex Limited and Mr. Peter Economides on 22 November 2010.

Following the abovementioned disclosed transaction, Mr. Peter Economides a director of the Company and also the beneficial owner of IronForex Limited, continues to have an interest in a total of 2,513,709 Common Shares representing approximately 38.8% of the Common Shares in issue.
