                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares 
 
The Company has been informed that on 12 November 2010 following the sale by 
Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited of 800,000 Shares at a price of EUR1.52 per 
Share to Rafael Property Investors Limited: 
-    Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited has a beneficial interest in 2,070,766 
common shares with no par value representing 31.96% of the Company's issued 
share capital; 
      and 
-    Rafael Property Investors Limited has a beneficial interest in 957,106 
common shares with no par value representing 14.77% of the Company's issued 
share capital. 
The purchases were effected by way of an instrument of transfer entered into 
between Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited and Rafael Property Investors Limited 
on 12 November 2010.
