                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares 
 
The Company has been informed that on 11 October 2010 Aqua Sol Capital Holdings 
has a beneficial interest in 2,020,973 common shares with no par value 
("Shares") representing 31.2% of the Company's issued share capital following 
the sale by Sol Summit Limited of 192,812 Shares at a price of EUR1.51 per Share 
to Aqua Sol Capital Holdings.  The purchases were affected by way of an 
instrument of transfer entered into between Aqua Sol Capital Holdings and Sol 
Summit Limited on 11 October 2010.
