                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares 
 
The Company has been informed that on 8 October 2010 Aqua Sol Capital Holdings 
has a beneficial interest in 1,828,161 common shares with no par value 
("Shares") representing 28.2% of the Company's issued share capital following 
the sale by Silver Rock Holdings of 542,732 Shares at a price of EUR1.45 per Share 
to Aqua Sol Capital Holdings.  The purchases were affected by way of an 
instrument of transfer entered into between Aqua Sol Capital Holdings and Silver 
Rock Holdings on 8 October 2010.
