                             Suspension of Trading 
 
The directors of Arteon continue to investigate a number of potential 
investment opportunities. However, as at today's date, it has not been possible 
to substantially implement its investing policy, or complete a reverse 
takeover, as required by Rule 15 of the AIM Rules. 
 
As such, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended from 7:00 a.m. on 12 
July 2010. The Company will then have a further six months in which to 
substantially implement its investing policy, or carry out a reverse 
transaction under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules, before its admission to AIM is 
cancelled.
