Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society ("SMWS"), the leading curator and provider of premium single cask Scotch malt whisky and other spirits for sale primarily online to a discerning global membership, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022 has been published and that its Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been issued to shareholders.

The AGM will be held virtually at 9.00am on 24 May 2023, and will be hosted from 65 Gresham Street, London. All shareholders are invited to attend virtually by following the joining details on the Company's website www.artisanal-spirits.com/investor-information/meetings
