Cancellation of Archipelago's Admission to Trading on AIM

As set out in the Company's announcements on 24 October and 30 October 2013, following the due passing of the shareholder resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM, cancellation of trading will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 November 2013. Consequently, the last day of trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM is today, Tuesday, 12 November 2013.

The Company would like to thank its current and former shareholders, its Nominated Adviser, its brokers and other service providers for their support and assistance during the period of the Company's admission to trading on AIM.
