Results of General Meeting

Archipelago announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today the resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each to trading on AIM (the "Delisting") was duly passed.

It is intended that the Delisting will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 November 2013.
