Rule 2.10 Announcement - Relevant Securities In Issue

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers:

-         Baltimore plc confirms that its current issued share capital comprises 
          450,671 ordinary shares of 125 pence each.

-         Acquisitor Holdings Limited confirms that its current issued share 
          capital comprises 49,079,575 ordinary shares of 1 pence each; and

-         New York Holdings Limited confirms that its current issued share 
          capital comprises 69,381,800 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each

The respective International Securities Identification Numbers ("ISIN") for the 
ordinary shares are as follows:
