The Board of Acquisitor Holdings Ltd ("Acquisitor Holdings" or "the Company")
announces that on 25 October 2005 it acquired 195,000 ordinary shares of 50p
each in CSS Stellar plc ("CSS Stellar"). As a result of this acquisition, the
aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings in CSS Stellar is now 3,573,000
ordinary shares of 50p each, being 12.3% of the total voting shares in issue.
