                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company announces that John Radziwill's and Duncan Soukup's interest in the
Company through the Lionheart Group have changed as the result of a distribution
in specie to third party interests. John Radziwill and Duncan Soukup are
Non-executive Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Company respectively.

In summary, the interests of these parties in Acquisitor Holdings Ltd. are now
as follows:

through their interest in Lionheart Group Inc and/or its affiliates, and a joint
beneficial interest in 275,000 shares. Duncan Soukup also has a beneficial
holding in 100,000 shares.
