                Final payment made under the IFR currency hedge 
On 30 April 2010 ACP Capital announced that it had completed an agreement to 
sell its remaining interests IFR Capital plc's debt for EUR39.4 million to a third 
party.   Further to this announcement, ACP has now settled all outstanding 
liabilities pursuant to a currency hedge agreement dated 20 December 2007 by 
paying IFR GBP7.6 million.  This hedge agreement had been entered into by former 
management to hedge IFR's Euro obligations into Sterling.
