AMTE Power Plc (AIM: AMTE) ( "AMTE Power" or the "Company" ), a leading developer and manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist markets, is pleased to announce that both resolutions put to its General Meeting held today were duly passed.

In March 2021, the Company was admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
