The board of Amberley announces that the Company will not be able to publish its 
annual audited accounts (the "Accounts"), for the year ended 31 December 2008, 
by 30 June 2009 as certain financial information required for the completion of 
the Accounts has not yet been received. 
 
 
Accordingly, the Company is not currently in a position to be able to comply 
with the requirements of AIM Rule 19. The Company has therefore requested that 
its shares be temporarily suspended from trading on AIM until the preliminary 
results are released and the Accounts are published. 
 
 
Amberley will provide shareholders with a further update in due course.
