    Amberley announces that Alan Sime and Robert Goldsmith have resigned as Non-executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect to
pursue other opportunities. Barry Pincus will take on the finance functions previously carried out by Alan Sime.

    The Board would like to thank Alan and Robert for their valuable contribution during their time with the Company and wish them both well
for the future.
