Proposed Cancellation of 
Admission of trading on AIM 
 
 
In the announcement of 22 July 2009 ADVFN PLC confirmed that, having acquired in 
excess of 75 per cent. of the votes attaching to the ordinary share capital of 
All IPO, it will procure the making of an application by All IPO to the London 
Stock Exchange plc for the cancellation of the admission of All IPO ordinary 
shares of 1p each from trading on AIM. 
 
 
Accordingly, All IPO has made such application and trading in the ordinary 
shares of 1p each will be cancelled from AIM with effect from 27 August 2009.
