    Transaction In Own Shares
                

    AsianLogic Limited, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that it has today purchased 25,500 shares
for no consideration and instructed its Registrar, Computershare, to cancel the shares.

    The transaction and cancellation has been conducted in accordance with the terms of the Company's Share Award Deed (the "Deed")
following the resignation of a Company executive on 31 October. The terms of the Deed stipulate that following resignation unvested shares
awarded under the Deed shall be repurchased and cancelled.

    Following the above purchase, there is no change to the Company's 8.271 million ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is reduced from 102,010,250 to 101,984,750.
