    TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
                
    AsianLogic Limited, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that on 10 July 2008 it purchased two
tranches of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury. 

    The first purchase was for 1,000,000 shares, which were purchased at a price of 66p. The second purchase was for a further 2,661,000
shares, which were purchased at a price of 69p.

    Following the above purchase, the Company holds 7,136,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in
issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 103,145,250.
