    MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT


    The Directors of AIM Resources Limited ("the Company", ASX: AIM, AIM, AIMR) wish to announce that Mr Scott Lowe, currently Chief
Executive Officer, has been appointed Managing Director of the Company, effective 1 August 2008. 

    Mr Bill Cash, who has been Acting Managing Director of the Company since January 2008, will continue on the Board as an executive
Director, and will assist Scott with the transition to his new role.

    Current Chairman Mr Vic Bradley said, "The appointment of Mr Lowe as Managing Director was contemplated when Scott was appointed Chief
Executive Officer of the Company in June this year. Scott has clearly indicated the ability to step up to the responsibilities required of
the Managing Director. The Company is fortunate to have someone with his strong operational and development background to guide the Company
through the next stages of its development."
