    Asia Distribution Solutions Limited ("ADSL" or the "Company")
    Director's Share Dealing
    ADSL (AIM: ADSL) was today notified that Get Ahead Investments Limited ("Get Ahead") acquired a total of 2,330,000 ordinary shares of
�0.01 each in ADSL ("Ordinary Shares"), including 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares held by Greater China 2K4 Limited, for a consideration valued at
20p per Ordinary Share.  The Company has given its consent to this transfer in accordance with the terms of a lock-in and orderly market
agreement entered into on 1 November 2007 and the Ordinary Shares will remain subject to a similar lock-in and orderly market agreement
entered into on 1 November 2007 with Get Ahead.  
    Following the acquisition, Get Ahead is interested in 2,661,497 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 8.7 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company and Greater China 2K4 Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. 
    Get Ahead manages a trust on behalf of Michael Kingshott, the chairman of the Company, and his family. Mr Kingshott is therefore
interested in the Ordinary Shares held by Get Ahead as a beneficiary of this trust (together with other members of his family) in addition
to the 1,505,000 Ordinary Shares which Mr Kingshott holds on his own behalf. As a result of the acquisition by Get Ahead, Mr Kingshott's
aggregate interest in Ordinary Shares(1) is now 4,166,497 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately  13.6% of the issued share capital of
the Company.

    Note (1): including 2,661,497 Ordinary Shares held by Get Ahead Investments Limited and  excluding 339,835 Ordinary Shares held on trust
for and on behalf of Andrew Ting Koon Tan.
