                                 Board changes


The Company is pleased to announce that Alan Ho Yin Leung FCCA has today been
appointed to the Board of ADSL as Chief Financial Officer. Paul Chow, has
accordingly relinquished that role with immediate effect and has been appointed
as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from today, to ensure an
orderly handover of his executive responsibilities. Paul wishes to devote time
to his other business interests in China.

Alan Leung (age 39) has extensive financial, operation and listed company
knowledge and experience in China. Educated in the UK with an MBA degree, Alan
commenced his career in 1993 with Ernst and Young, supervising audits for both
public and private companies and due diligence reviews for acquisitions and
IPOs. He moved to Beijing in 1996 and worked for New World Development China to
improve the company's operational efficiency and monitor all new joint venture
projects. He subsequently worked as financial controller and company secretary
in a Hong Kong listed company in 2000. Alan's latest career was held as senior
executive in K Wah Construction Materials (China) Ltd. and he was responsible
for the overall operations and business development of the company's various
interests in Beijing and He Bei, accountable for the overall bottom-line
performance of all the business units and areas including finance, legal and
human resources.



Steve Wong, Chief Executive Officer of ADSL, commented:

with his considerable knowledge of the Chinese market will bode well for him in

his other business interests in China.

Alan, whose appointment as Chief Financial Officer is effective today, together
with Simon Wong (formerly with Moore Stephens Hong Kong ), who joined us on 1
January 2008 as Chief Financial controller, will be able to make a significant
contribution to ADSL in running our finance function, overseeing the due
diligence we undertake into potential acquisition candidates, as well as merging
our newly acquired business activities and interests into the ADSL group,
thereby allowing the existing operational management team of ADSL to concentrate
its time and energy on the day to day management of the business."

currently being evaluated the Board believes that the strengthening of the
management team is an essential pre-requisite in driving the business forward.

financial and legal knowledge of the Greater China market. Such experience will

ADSL."
