The Board of ACP Mezzanine Limited (the "Company": AIM: ACPM) today announces a 
further return of capital of 7.05 eurocents per share, payable on 25 November 
2009 to shareholders on the register on 20 November 2009. 
This distribution of EUR16.6 million primarily represents the release of capital 
of the Company as a result of the cancellation, which was announced on 6 
November 2009, of a committed facility granted by the Company to a subsidiary of 
Leasecom Group SAS.
