                          Notification of Shareholding

Arana Therapeutics Limited, (AIM: AAHX ASX: AAH) (the "Company"), the Australian
biopharmaceutical company that uses superior technology to develop next
generation drugs that will improve the lives of patients with inflammatory
diseases and cancer has identified on 26 March 2008 that Rockwell Securities
Limited has increased its holding from the 18,853,224 ordinary shares of the
Company (8.02% of the issued share capital of the Company) held as at 7 February
2008 to 21,424,039 ordinary shares of the Company (9.11% of the issued share
capital) as at 25 March 2008.
