Arana Therapeutics Limited, (AIM: AAHx ASX: AAH) (the "Company"), the Australian
biopharmaceutical company that uses superior technology to develop next
generation drugs that will improve the lives of patients with inflammatory
diseases and cancer has identified on 24 January 2008 that with effect from 23
January 2008, Rockwell Securities Limited increased its holding by 6,673,116
ordinary shares to 18,361,279 (7.8% of the issued share capital of the Company)
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
