Further to the Company's announcement of 17 September 2019, All Asia Asset Capital (AIM: AAA) announces that a copy of the Company's circular to shareholders (the "Circular") convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5 St. Helen's Place, London EC3A 6AB at 10.00 a.m. (UK time) on 10 October 2019, is available for download from the Company's website, www.aaacap.com. The Circular will be posted to shareholders by 24 September 2019.

A copy of the Company's proposed second amended and restated memorandum and articles of association has also been made available for download from the Company's website.
