11.75% perpetual subordinated bonds (ISIN: GB0001905362) (the "Bonds")

We hereby notify holders of the Bonds that the issuer will be changed from Cheltenham & Gloucester plc to Lloyds Bank plc on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.

As announced to the market at the time of the transfer in 2007 ( link ), the Bonds became subordinated bonds of Lloyds Bank plc (and the rights of each holder of Bonds became exercisable against Lloyds Bank plc) under a banking business transfer scheme made under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
