STATNETT SF: SUCCESFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW NOK BONDS AND MANDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Statnett SF, rated A+/A2 (Stable/Stable) has today successfully issued NOK 1,500 million in 7.5Y senior unsecured bonds with a coupon of 2.085% p.a.

Danske Bank and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond issue.

Moreover, Statnett SF has mandated Danske Bank and Nordea as Joint Lead Managers to investigate a potential issuance of one or several NOK denominated senior unsecured green bond issues with expected tenors of 5-7 years, subject to market conditions.

Proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used to finance and/or refinance projects as defined under Statnett's Green Bond Framework.
