Following the successful closing of its GBP191.4mill tap of 2.893% Guaranteed bonds due 2043/45, Affordable Housing Finance Plc (AHF) announces its intention to sell GBP10mill (in principal amount) of the GBP26.5mill retained bonds retained from previous issues of the same bond, subject to market conditions.
