Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited (the "Company") announces updates regarding certain financial and non-financial data to investors of the results of its parent company (Market Bidco Limited) and its ultimate parent company (Market Topco Limited), together with the consolidated results of their subsidiaries.

The Company has, on 28 February 2023, released the audited Annual Reports and consolidated financial statements of Market Bidco Limited and Market Topco Limited for the 65 weeks ended 30 October 2022, which are available on the National Storage Mechanism.
