Change to the Board of Directors of Elenia Oy

Elenia Verkko Oyj EUR3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Lakeside Network Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The composition of the board of directors of Elenia Oy has changed. Mr Thomas Metzger has ceased to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy, effective as of 8 April 2021. Mr Miguel Antonanzas has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy on 8 April 2021.

Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Oy's board of directors consists of the following members:
