Transfer of Engagements Announced

Further to the announcement on 4 November 2020 of the partnership between Radian Group (including Radian Capital PLC) and Yarlington (including Yarlington Treasury Services PLC), today Windsor & District Housing Association Limited transferred it engagements into Yarlington Housing Group pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.

The partnership has brought together an experienced team from across Radian and Yarlington to create an outstanding new organisation that will provide more homes, support and services to its customers and the communities in which it works.
