The following final terms have been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms in relation to the National Grid Gas plc issue of GBP 250,000,000 1.125 per cent. Instruments due 14 January 2033 and GBP 250,000,000 1.625 per cent. Instruments due 14 January 2043 under the National Grid Gas plc Euro 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
