This notice announces the partial repurchase by National Bank of Abu Dhabi of a further AED 235 million (AED 235,000,000) of outstanding NBAD 2018 Subordinate Convertible Notes (ISIN XS0346928749) which are listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchased Notes will be cancelled and retired reducing the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes to AED 1.1 billion (AED 1,067,790,000).
