Further to the announcement in respect of the Class A Reset made by the Issuer on 9 August 2021 with RNS number 0591I , the Issuer confirms that it has received a Rating Confirmation from each Rating Agency in respect of the Class A Reset and the Class A Reset has today (15 September 2021) become effective. A copy of the new confirmation that forms part of the Class A Swap Agreement can be found or will shortly be available at the following website:
