Reference is hereby made to the Notice of Meeting published by the Issuer on 24 March, 2017 (the Notice of Meeting).

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice have the meanings assigned to them in the Notice of Meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Bonds that the Extraordinary Resolution proposed to the Meeting was duly passed. As a result of passing the Extraordinary Resolution, the Proposed Amendments referred to in the Notice of Meeting will be implemented in due course.

This Notice and any non-contractual obligation arising out of this Notice shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
